Rooted in the Landscape Symposium

Join us for Paintings in Hospitals first ever symposium exploring the themes of our new exhibition in collaboration with the Arts Council Collection.

Rooted in the Landscape is our new hospital touring exhibition, featuring works by artists such as Marc Quinn, Keith Vaughan and Turner Prize-nominated Janice Kerbel.

The launch of the exhibition will be followed by a symposium at Kings College London, where we will lead discussions on research demonstrating the influence of representations of landscape on wellbeing.

The symposium welcome and introduction will be from Victoria Tischler, Professor of Arts & Health and Head of Dementia Care at the University of West London. Speakers include:
